What a charming "local" place to get some wonderul comfort food. Every Monday German themed dishes, excellent! The shank and bratwurst are my favorites thus far :)
Incredible little local gem. We went for polish night on Saturday. Everything was delicious with a good size portion. I will definitely be back for German night! Thank you for the great food and amazing service.
Always have good food and service. But....can't please everyone. In reading other reviews. I see some person complaining about the fish being cold on Friday, all you can eat fish night. Then this fool complained because he was refused additional fish to take home. A situation twice laughable. 1- complaining about the food and then asking for that same food to take home. 2- it's obvious to most people, you can't get additioal food to take home with you in an all you can eat situation. The place would go out of business if this type of irrational request was honored. SMH. 😡
My friends and I found this GEM of a restaurant on US1 Sebastian. From the mushrooms and fried oysters apps to the NY strip, blackened Mahi and Tuscan chicken and shrimp pasta.....It was totally amazing........service was beyond great and the entire staff so welcoming and warm hearted. Definitely worth the visit...I know I'll be returning
Shrimp Scampi was excellent. Decent amount of shrimp and unlike most I’ve had thankfully not drowning in the butter sauce. Only complaint about it was the tails still being on the shrimp. Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie was good but very rich. Definitely needs to be paired with a coffee or hot tea.
Brought the family out for dinner and had a wonderful experience! The food was hot and delicious. Met the owner who was extremely friendly and her daughter, Natalie, waited on us with such kindness and was very attentive. Definitely will be back!
Very good home-cooked food served by attentive and pleasant staff. The portions were huge and the price was very reasonable. We ate there twice while staying at a resort in Vero Beach. Will definitely be there again when we come back.
The atmosphere at Sabastian’s Roadside Restaurant is amazing! I can’t stress that enough for this location. As you’ll see in my video and pictures of this restaurant. It is the most unique place I have been in in a really long time. The decorum is of the 40’s, 50’s and 60’s for the most part and it is like walking back in time. The staff greet you with plentiful smiles and welcoming gestures. My server was Michele and the Nancy other server on duty were very friendly and always smiling as they both buzzed about taking care of the guests that were there. Joni who is the manager on duty was also engaged with the guest making sure all were well taken care of. Having great staff is one key to a successful restaurant and the other is having great food! I was not disappointed with the quality of my dinner either. I had ordered the Boneless Twin Pork Chops and for the sides I had Mashed Potatoes and Gravy. BTW those potatoes were fresh NOT BOXED along with snow peas. The chops were VERY TENDER and VERY JUICY. The presentation is exactly what you would expect from a restaurant themed for the 50’s Home cooked deliciously and done to perfection. My compliments to the kitchen staff and their perfection of a great home cooked meal. THANK YOU!! To Mr. WRIGHT great concept don’t ever lose that touch!!
After here twice this week while staying in the area. The restaurant is retro in style and staff are friendly. Had lunch my first visit, and the fish sandwich was excellent. Today was Polish day (Saturday). Haven't had authentic Polish food for years, and this was outstanding. Pierogies and golumpka were delicious and took me back to days with Polish neighbors. Wish we lived near here so that I could eat more of their food.
We found this place a couple of years ago. We love the location, the decor, the service and the food! If it is under new ownership or management, I could not tell. Our last visit was great. Our sever was on point and the food was delicious. We love this place and will be back!
